О фильме:
Восемь месяцев назад в семье Хауи и Бекки Корбетт произошла страшная трагедия — погиб их маленький сын. От ее последствий супруги не могут оправиться до сих пор. Каждый по-своему пытается восстановить душевный покой: Хауи играет в сквош с друзьями, Бекка проводит целые дни у плиты, оба ищут поддержки в группах психологической взаимопомощи. Но время идет, а все усилия остаются тщетными. Брак трещит по швам, отношения с родными напряжены до предела, круг общения сокращается на глазах. Парадоксальным образом, луч надежды пробивает пелену безнадежности, когда судьба сводит Бекку с невольным виновником их несчастий — юным автором комиксов Джейсоном. Вместе героям предстоит понять, затягиваются ли раны прошлого хоть когда-нибудь.
