A few words on cards
Briefly, CINEMA 4D and BodyPaint 3D work with all graphics cards that support OpenGL (which include the vast majority of cards the last 10 years). Nevertheless, we strongly recommend that you use special video cards based on ATI chipsets and nVidia. Currently, powerful GPUs available even on low-cost laptops.
Be sure to always use the latest drivers. Newer drivers are usually faster and more stable.
The following video clearly supports Enhanced OpenGL mode at the time of the summer of 2010. Any more new models, most likely, will also support all necessary functions.
